Above are some of the most popular 90s gingers. Let’s evaluate each of them in order (going left to right).
Budnick: A fiery, attitude having red-head from Salute Your Shorts.
Roger Klotz: Doug Funnie’s arch nemesis, and an obnoxious bully from Doug.
Chuckie Finster: A scared of everything, constantly confronting his fears, brave-chicken sh-t (oxymoron, but true) from Rugrats.
Pepper Ann: Cool, twelve, and the star of a series revolving around herself, titled Pepper Ann.
Ferguson: The red-headed, annoying younger brother on Clarissa Explains It All.
Chucky: The most terrifying doll ever. Star of the classic horror series called Chucky.
Ham Porter: More than just the token ginger in The Sandlot. Also, he delivered the classic line, “You’re killin’ me smalls!”
Pete: On the series Pete & Pete he provided us with plenty of laughs during his adventures with his brother, Pete.

I would have to go with either Little Pete or Budnick. They are the best.
Ham Porter!
PEPPER ANNE!!!
Little Pete: fearless, always bucking authority, entrepreneur, sly, and let’s not forget Petunia’s dance. Shake it, baby.
hammm by far! “you play ball like a girl!” <3
It should be little pete by a landslide. His daring, courageous, runs his own radio station and really gets to the bottom of life’s mysteries. Plus he is friends with Arnie…The strongest MAN…in the world!
i was about to chose little pete…but then i remembered how much i loved the sarcastic and evil thing ferguson did on the show…and that he was super smart but nothing never works as he wanted…so ferguson won for me…jajajjaa
Dana Scully. My favorite ginger in any decade.
Has to be Little Pete Wrigley.
He was actually a hero who was constantly rescuing his big brother, had Artie “The Strongest Man in the World” as his best friend, was always fighting villains, and was actually born with a tattoo of a Gypsy belly dancer on his forearm. Even God decided he was a badass to give him that at birth.
Chuckie Finster!!! I don’t even know why Chucky (doll) is on this list. Scares the poop outta me just looking at the picture!
Ferguson!!!! Or as Clarissa uses to taunt him in the Spanish spoken version Fergusano!
chuckie finster all the way your not a 90′s kid if you think otherwise
Big Pete Wrigley! Nobody could do a deadpan narration like he could.
I’m hung between Pepper Ann and Chuckie Finster.
Pepper Anne- Awsome theme song
Chuckie Finster- Cute germaphobe
hmmmm……..
What about Ginger, from AsTold by Ginger? I mean, it’s in the name!
umm ginger spice from spice girls!
Chuckie is the most classically ginger’esque of all these gingerettes. And has the most exaggerate qualities of a ginger
Poison Ivy from Batman: The Animated Series.
